Currently open in Las Vegas are 13 individual Java Developer roles ranging from contract to hire to full-time & direct hire.  Maybe all the awesome IT pros are happily employed & kudos to you (or them), but surely all you birds flock together, and you know a Java Developer at least open to new opportunities.  Maybe you’re working someplace great, but your salary isn’t commensurate to your skills & expertise.  While Nevada does have one of the highest unemployment rates, the IT market is starting to boom again (much of that number is concentrated in the construction industry, by the way), and solid companies want to invest in its most precious proprietary asset:  the human resource, and specifically in this case, Java Developers.
